SAP ABAP Developer - OData Experience

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

- Build and expose OData services for Fiori/UI5 and other consuming applications.

- Work on Core Data Services (CDS), AMDP, and RAP model for S/4HANA developments.

- Collaborate with functional teams and UI5/Fiori developers to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

- Perform debugging, performance optimization, and code reviews to ensure system efficiency.

- Work with BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and Proxies for system integrations.

- Create and enhance SmartForms, Adobe Forms, and SAPScripts as per business needs.

- Support SAP upgrades, data migrations, and integration projects.

- Document technical specifications and follow SAP best practices for development and transport management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- 36 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

Strong expertise in :

1. OData service creation and integration (Gateway, SEGW, annotations).

2. ABAP on HANA: CDS Views, AMDP, and Open SQL.

3. Classical and OO ABAP (ALV, Reports, BAPIs, Exits, Enhancements, BADIs).

4. Performance tuning, debugging, and error handling.

- Experience working in S/4HANA and Fiori/UI5 integrated environments.

- Proficiency in transport management, version control, and Agile/Scrum workflows
