About the Role :

We are urgently hiring a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with strong expertise in SAP SD Revenue Recognition and a solid understanding of SAP SD and FI modules. The ideal candidate will be capable of delivering complex customizations, enhancements, and technical solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience working within the high-tech industry is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and support SAP ABAP solutions across SD Rev Rec, SD, and FI modules.

- Work on user exits, enhancement points, BADI implementations, and events-based programming.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical deliverables.

- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization for custom programs and system issues.

- Support business-critical processes related to revenue recognition, billing, and financial integrations.

- Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, coding standards, and quality guidelines.

- Manage shifting priorities and deliver solutions within tight timelines.

- Work effectively in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with global teams.

- Preferably work onsite (local candidates given priority).

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development (average requirement).

- Strong technical expertise in :

1. ABAP Reports

2. Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Points)

3. Events-based programming

4. Interface development (IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs)

- Solid understanding of :

1. SAP SD Rev Rec (Revenue Recognition) processes

2. SAP SD and FI functional areas

- Experience in the high-tech industry is preferred.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes :

- Candidates located in or near Bengaluru are strongly preferred.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies or fast-paced project environments.
