Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ABAP Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of SAP applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ABAP development, a solid understanding of SAP technical architecture, and a strong track record of working on medium to large-sized customer projects. The role will involve customizing and optimizing programs, providing technical support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality SAP solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and enhance SAP applications using the ABAP programming language.

- Customize, optimize, and develop RICEF objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) from scratch.

- Work closely with functional analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Design and implement technical solutions in SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA environments (on- premise or cloud).

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues.

- Ensure high code quality by adhering to coding standards and best practices.

- Document changes, developments, and updates in detail for future reference.

- Participate in deployment, release management, and integration of SAP/Non-SAP systems.

- Stay updated on new SAP technologies, particularly SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and ABAP cloud.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, presales, SAP development teams, external partners, and customers.

Requirements :

- Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Engineering or an equivalent degree.

- 6+ years of proven experience in medium to large customer projects implementing SAP ECC 6.0 or SAP S/4HANA (on-premise or cloud).

- Hands-on experience in ABAP development with a deep understanding of SAPs technical architecture.

- Proficiency in ABAP skills, including RICEF Objects, Web Services, Function Modules, Interfaces, Data Migration, Forms, Screens, BADI, OOPS, SAP workflow, IDOCs, User Exits, etc.

- Advanced skills in RAP, OOABAP, BOPF, OData, UI5 Fiori, and CDS.

- Experience with integration technologies like PI/XI/CPI or any SAP/Non-SAP systems.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Understanding of SAP modules such as SD, MM, FI/CO.

- Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and ABAP cloud is an advantage.

- Ability to collaborate with clients and deliver innovative solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.

- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as required.
