Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Resource Programs, ensuring they meet customer and user requirements.
- Conduct systems analysis, design, and complex ABAP programming for SAP systems.
- Update documentation, perform computer programming, and administer systems.
- Create and manage SAP ABAP objects including Forms, Reports, Enhancements, Conversions, Interfaces, Workflow, SAP script, and Adobe Smart Forms.
- Manage SAP OSS Messages, Support Tickets, and Application of OSS Notes.
- Test system operation, execute test procedures, and provide technical support.
- Analyze change requests, provide impact analyses and development estimates.
- Assist in technical design and functional specifications, recommending modifications as necessary.
- Deliver presentations and training on new or modified systems.
- Research technical trends and products.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 6 years of SAP FRICEW object development experience using ABAP.
- Proficiency in SAP application development from basic ABAP to advanced technologies.
- Experience in ALV and ABAP lists for report writing.
- Familiarity with RFCs, BADIs, BAPIs, User exits/enhancements, BDCs, LSMW, Workflow, and WebDynpro.
- Knowledge of structured methodology, software development lifecycle, change management, and source code control.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with all levels of management.
- Team player with the ability to translate business requirements into intuitive designs.
- Proficiency in explaining complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of SAP functional modules (SD, MM, FI, FSCM, etc.) desired
