Job Description :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Consultant with deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and traditional ECC environments.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with end-to-end implementation and support projects, along with a strong understanding of modern ABAP development methodologies, including OOPs ABAP and HANA-based programming.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Support projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery.

- Develop and maintain ABAP custom developments including:

- Classical and interactive reports

- ALV reports

- Enhancements (User Exits, BADIs, Enhancement Points)

- Interfaces and Function Modules

- Smart Forms / Adobe Forms

- BDC (Batch Data Communication)

- Web-Dynpro Applications

- Design and develop IDocs and custom inbound/outbound interfaces.

- Build advanced data models using ABAP CDS Views, HANA CDS Views, and AMDP procedures.

- Work with SAP BTP for integrating custom applications and extending standard functionalities.

- Basic development and exposure to ODATA services for integration with SAP Fiori/UI5.

- Understand and translate functional specifications into technical solutions.

- Prepare and review technical specifications, ensuring alignment with functional requirements and design best practices.

- Collaborate closely with onsite functional and technical teams for end-to-end solution delivery.

- Lead and mentor a team of junior ABAP developers, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices.

- Participate in project planning, effort estimation, and status reporting as needed.

Required Skills:

- 9+ years of experience in SAP ABAP development across modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, etc.

- Minimum 2 full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.

- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented ABAP (OOPs ABAP).

- Hands-on experience with:

- CDS Views / HANA Views

- AMDP (ABAP Managed Database Procedures)

- SAP BTP services and architecture

- Proficiency in Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, and Workflow.

- Experience in developing and troubleshooting IDocs.

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of ODATA and RESTful services.

- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to write clean, modular, and performance-optimized code.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with onsite/offshore teams and stakeholders
