SAP ABAP Consultant - E2E Implementation

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant to join our team and contribute to the development and support of SAP solutions, particularly in S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in classical and modern ABAP programming, RICEF developments, and integration technologies. Experience with enhancement frameworks and form development is essential, along with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP programs including :

- Reports (Classical & ALV)

- Module Pool Programming

- RF Screen Programming

- WebDynPro applications

- Work on RICEF objects : Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms.

- Develop and maintain interfaces using ALE/IDOC, BAPIs, BDCs, EDI, and Web Services.

- Perform data migration using LSMW, BDCs, and custom tools.

- Implement enhancement techniques such as USEREXITS, BADIs, and the Enhancement Framework.

- Design and develop SMARTFORMS, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.

- Work on SAP Workflow development and support tasks.

- Create and consume OData services for integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.

- Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles to build scalable, reusable code.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Participate in S/4HANA implementation and migration projects, ensuring compatibility with the new architecture.

- Conduct unit testing, assist in integration testing, and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7- 10 years of strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development.

- Deep expertise in RICEF objects and custom development frameworks.

- Experience with interface technologies such as ALE/IDOC, BAPI, EDI, and web services.

- Proven experience in SAP form development using SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.

- Good knowledge of enhancement technologies BADI, USEREXIT, and Enhancement Framework.

- Proficiency in SAP Workflow and OData service development.

- Strong experience in S/4HANA projects greenfield or system conversion.

- Solid understanding of modularization techniques, performance tuning, and best practices in SAP ABAP.

- Working knowledge of Object-Oriented ABAP.

- Ability to analyze functional specs and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 apps and frontend integration.

- Understanding of SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) or cloud integration.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum-based project environments.

- SAP ABAP or S/4HANA certifications.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

- Adaptability to changing project needs and tight deadlines.
