SAP ABAP Consultant

Description :

- Position : SAP ABAP Consultant

Key Deliverables :

- Develop custom SAP reports, interfaces, and enhancement forms based on functional specifications.

- Work on implementation projects within the SAP ABAP landscape.

- Collaborate closely with functional consultants to design and deliver new solutions.

- Plan, execute, and document unit testing, string testing, and integration testing of new functionalities.

- Provide production support, including bug fixing, enhancements, and performance optimization.

- Conduct performance tuning for all developed programs.

- Work cross-functionally with various teams to propose solutions, proactively communicate concerns, and ensure timely project completion.

Incumbent Profile :

Educational Qualification :

- B.E. / B.Tech / Equivalent degree.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong hands-on experience in Reports (SAP Queries / ALV / HANA Database), Interfaces, Conversions (SAP Migration Tools), Enhancements, and Forms (SmartForms / Adobe Forms).

- Proven experience in large-scale SAP ERP implementation projects.

- Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies.

- Sound knowledge of SAP business processes including HR, Finance, Materials Management (MM), Sales & Distribution (SD), Project Systems (PS), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM).

- Working knowledge of RFC, XML, HTML programming, and email template design.
