We are seeking a highly skilled SAP ABAP + HANA + FIORI Consultant to join our technology team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise across the SAP S/4HANA landscape, with proven experience in ABAP on HANA, OData, Fiori/UI5 development, and integration frameworks such as PI/PO and CPI. This role demands a hands-on professional who can design, develop, and optimize SAP solutions that drive performance, scalability, and digital transformation for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Development :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions in SAP ABAP across modules like FI/CO, MM, and SD, leveraging the S/4HANA digital core.

SAP HANA Optimization :

- Utilize Core Data Services (CDS), AMDP, and HANA SQL scripting to enhance application performance and deliver real-time analytics capabilities.

Fiori/UI5 Development :

- Develop and extend SAP Fiori applications using SAPUI5, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, ensuring seamless integration with backend OData services.

OData and API Services :

- Design, expose, and consume OData services for Fiori applications, ensuring secure and efficient communication between front-end and backend systems.

Enhancements and Workflows :

- Implement User Exits, BAdIs, Enhancement Points, and Workflows to meet complex business requirements while adhering to SAP best practices.

Interface Development :

- Build and support robust interfaces using IDocs, RFCs, and integration tools like SAP PI/PO and Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).

Reports and Forms :

- Develop complex reports using ALV, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms, and optimize them for S/4HANA performance standards.

Cross-Functional Integration :

- Work closely with functional consultants to ensure seamless integration with FI/CO, MM, and other modules in S/4HANA.

System Performance and Troubleshooting :

- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and debugging to ensure the stability and efficiency of custom developments.

Upgrade and Migration Projects :

- Support S/4HANA migration and conversion projects, ensuring custom objects and enhancements are optimized for the new architecture.

Technical Skills Required :

- Core ABAP Expertise : Reports, Module Pool, SmartForms, IDocs, RFCs, Enhancements, and BAPIs.

- SAP HANA Development : CDS Views, AMDP, Calculation Views, Performance Optimization.

- SAP FIORI/UI5 : SAPUI5 app development, Fiori Elements, Launchpad configuration, and OData integration.

- Integration Technologies : SAP PI/PO, CPI, and other middleware frameworks for real-time data exchange.

- S/4HANA Functional Exposure : Working knowledge of FI/CO, MM, and SD business processes.

- Workflow Automation : SAP Business Workflow setup, custom templates, and approvals.

- Version Control and DevOps Tools : Familiarity with Git, CTS+, and modern DevOps pipelines for SAP.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP on HANA and Fiori/UI5 development.

- Proven track record in S/4HANA implementation or migration projects.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional and offshore teams.
