In this role, you will :

- Work with product managers, staff engineers, and internal/external customers to architect, build, test, and deliver full stack features across front-end, back-end, and mobile.

- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, reliability, and user experience of our applications.

- Propose technical solutions and spearhead technical solutioning on some of the teams initiatives.

- Help mentor, develop, and support other engineers on the team.

- Maintain a regular feedback loop to allow for implementation iterations and making adjustments.

Minimum requirements for the role :

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.

- 7+ years of relevant industry experience in software development.

- Strong programming/coding fundamentals with proficiency in at least one of the following: Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, Kotlin or similar frameworks.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage technical discussions and mentor junior engineers.

An ideal candidate also has :

- Expertise working with web services at massive scale deployed on hyperscalers such as AWS, GCP or Azure.

- Is an expert in writing high-quality, performant, and maintainable code in a modern programming language.

- Expertise working on large-scale enterprise software applications.

- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques or leveraging AI-driven tools to improve system reliability, developer productivity, or customer-facing features.
