Salsify Solution Architect

Skills and experiences required :

- 10+ years' experience in designing solutions/ architecture of the PIM system

- 3+ years' experience working in Salsify PIM projects

- Salsify PIM Data modelling experience

- Experience in Salsify PIM Syndication, workflow & access management, data import and export

- Experience in implementing integrations between the Salsify PIM system and other enterprise systems like ERP, e-commerce platforms, Experience of AWS Lamda, Node JS, New Relic.

- Implement security measures to protect sensitive product information, including access controls, encryption, and audit trails.

- Define best practices, coding standards, and review processes for the development team.

- Guide and mentor team members,

ensuring high technical competence.

- Work closely with the customer and project team to drive business requirements

- Ability to provide recommendations with regards to future business and solution opportunities

- Analytical and Communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in Retail domain knowledge

- Planning and Co-ordination skills, Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment

Key Responsibilities :

Salsify PIM Architecture & Implementation :

- Lead the design and architecture of Salsify PIM implementations based on business requirements.

- Define and optimize data models within Salsify to support scalable product data management.

- Configure and manage syndication, workflow, access control, and data import/export mechanisms.

System Integration & Technical Leadership :

- Design and implement integrations between Salsify PIM and enterprise systems including ERP, eCommerce platforms, and third-party APIs.

- Leverage AWS Lambda, Node.js, and monitoring tools like New Relic for integration and observability.

- Enforce security best practices such as role-based access, encryption, and audit trail mechanisms.

Governance & Best Practices :

- Define and enforce coding standards, architecture patterns, and review processes for internal development teams.
