Salesforce Vlocity Insurance/Claims Consultant

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) solutions for Insurance and Claims processes.

Configure and customize Insurance modules, claims workflows, business rules, and customer journeys.

Develop Omniscripts, Integration Procedures, DataRaptors, FlexCards, and Digital Experience solutions.

Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and platform integrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

Support system integration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Salesforce and Vlocity best practices.

Prepare technical documentation and provide ongoing support for enhancements and issue resolution.

Required Skills

810 years of experience in Salesforce Development, including Salesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industries).

Strong expertise in Insurance and Claims processes.

Hands-on experience with:

Omniscript

DataRaptors

Integration Procedures

FlexCards

Vlocity Data Model

Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce Platform.

Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) certifications.

Experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud and Financial/Insurance Cloud.

Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.

Exposure to Guidewire or other Insurance platforms is an added advantage.
