Job Description : Salesforce Velocity Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Salesforce Velocity Developer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in Salesforce, focusing on Velocity, to drive innovation and deliver robust solutions.

About the Role :

As a Salesforce Velocity Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Velocity (Vlocity). You will play a crucial role in building scalable and efficient applications, integrating various systems, and ensuring optimal performance. This position requires not only deep technical expertise but also strong team handling experience, as you will be guiding and mentoring other developers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, specifically leveraging Salesforce Velocity (OmniStudio, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards, Vlocity Process Libraries).

- Develop custom functionalities using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex to meet complex business requirements.

- Implement and configure Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solutions, ensuring accurate pricing, quoting, and contract generation.

- Develop and optimize Order Management processes within Salesforce, streamlining order fulfillment and post-sales activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Perform code reviews, ensure adherence to best practices, and maintain high code quality.

- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, particularly concerning Velocity and related technologies.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7-12 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Mandatory in-depth expertise in Salesforce Velocity (Vlocity) including OmniStudio (FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures), Vlocity CPQ, and Vlocity Order Management.

- Strong proficiency in developing with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex.

- Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ implementation and configuration.

- Solid understanding and experience with Salesforce Order Management.

- Proven team handling or leadership experience, including mentoring and guiding other developers.

- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and 100% WFO environment.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Vlocity Platform Developer) are highly desirable.
