We are seeking a highly experienced and immediately available Salesforce Technical Project Manager (TPM) and Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) Specialist to lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of our Trade Promotion Management (TPM) solutions. This role requires a hybrid professional with deep functional expertise in the consumer goods domain (specifically TPM and CBP components), coupled with strong hands-on technical skills in the Salesforce platform (Apex, Flows, LWC). The specialist will drive successful outcomes for projects within the Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities and Technical Focus :

Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) and TPM Expertise :

- Serve as the functional and technical expert for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC), with a minimum of 2+ years of direct experience in CGC or dedicated Trade Promotion Management (TPM) implementations.

- Demonstrate a strong functional understanding of core TPM components, including detailed knowledge of Promotions, Tactics, Customer Business Planning (CBP), Claims Management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Trade Planning processes.

- Configure and customize the CGC environment to align with complex business requirements related to Product Hierarchies and trade planning cycles.

Hands-on Salesforce Development and Configuration :

- Utilize hands-on experience with declarative tools such as Salesforce Flows (Screen, Record-Triggered, Platform Event) to build complex business logic and automation within the CGC environment.

- Apply technical proficiency in Apex (Classes, Triggers), SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language), and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to develop custom functionalities and integrate with internal and external systems.

- Execute data model design, security configuration, and standard Salesforce customization tasks to support the TPM solution.

Cross-Cloud Integration and Knowledge :

- Possess good technical and functional knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities and their potential integration points with CGC.

- Understand and support integration requirements involving Marketing Cloud or other marketing technology platforms connected to the Salesforce core.

- Troubleshoot complex issues spanning configuration, custom code, and integration middleware.

Project Management and Consulting (TPM Function) :

- Act as the technical project liaison, translating business needs into technical specifications and managing the development lifecycle within an Agile environment.

- Drive successful project outcomes, ensuring technical solutions meet functional requirements, performance standards, and security mandates.

- Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams, prioritizing tasks and managing scope within the 6+ month contract term.

Preferred Skills :

- Certification in Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) or related Sales/Service Cloud Consultant certifications.

- Experience with data migration strategies and tools for migrating TPM data from legacy systems into Salesforce CGC.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Azure DevOps) used within a Salesforce development lifecycle.

- Background in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and a strong understanding of retail execution and sales processes.

- Excellent communication and consultative skills, capable of advising clients on best practices and technical limitations of the CGC platform.
