Salesforce Tester - Automation Testing

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).

- Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and automation testing on Salesforce platforms.

- Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

- Work with business analysts and developers to ensure requirements are fully understood and covered in test cases.

- Log defects, track them to closure, and provide detailed test reports.

- Ensure adherence to QA best practices and maintain testing documentation.

- Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality releases on time.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Experience Cloud).

- Experience in manual testing and test automation tools (Selenium, Provar, or similar).

- Proficiency in using tools like JIRA, HP ALM, or similar defect tracking/test management tools.

- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC processes.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Salesforce certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
