Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant - Apex/Visual Force

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with proven expertise in both technical development and functional business analysis, as well as hands-on experience with Jitterbit for systems integration. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce and external systems.

Role & responsibilities :

Functional :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and workflows.

- Map business processes and recommend Salesforce-based solutions to drive efficiency and achieve organizational goals.

- Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable technical specifications.

- Conduct user training and prepare documentation to support system adoption and ongoing usability.

- Provide functional expertise across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related products.

Technical :

- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

- Customize Salesforce configurations, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and Flows.

- Lead and execute integration projects using Jitterbit, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable data exchange between Salesforce and third-party applications.

- Develop, test, and maintain Jitterbit integrations, including data mapping, transformation, and error handling.

- Manage data migration activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and synchronization using Jitterbit and Salesforce tools.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce and integration best practices in data modeling, security, and architecture.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation, customization, and integration.

- Strong experience with Jitterbit for Salesforce integrations (design, development, deployment, and support).

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Demonstrated experience with requirements gathering, business process mapping, and functional solutioning.

- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, and data management best practices.

- Experience with other integration/middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica) is a plus.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer, Administrator) preferred.

Preferred :

- Experience with additional cloud platforms (e.g., AWS).

- Technical project management experience.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
