Are you a Salesforce expert who can bridge business and technology? Were looking for a Technical Lead / Solution Architect to drive end-to-end solution design, lead development teams, and deliver scalable, high-performance Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design scalable Salesforce architectures, data models & integrations

- Lead LWC, Apex, and API-based development

- Drive solution design (SDD/TDD) and stakeholder presentations

- Ensure best practices in security, performance & large data handling

- Lead and mentor development teams

- Implement Experience Cloud (Communities/Portals) solutions

Core Skills :

- Strong in LWC, Apex (Async Batch, Queueable, Events)

- REST API integrations & event-driven architecture

- Salesforce Security Model & performance optimization

- Experience Cloud customization

- Retail/FMCG domain knowledge

Good to Have :

- MuleSoft integrations, Bulk API, CI/CD (Git, Jenkins)

- Client-facing & stakeholder management experience

What Youll Do : Own end-to-end delivery, design robust architectures, lead teams, and solve complex business challenges on Salesforce.
