About The Role :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce development and integrations.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions and integration frameworks while collaborating closely with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test and deploy interfaces and integrations on Salesforce.

- Work closely with Solution Architects, BAs, and Customer IT teams.

- Implement Salesforce Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and APIs.

- Develop Salesforce Order Management functionalities and integrations.

- Design robust, scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.

- Perform integration testing and define test plans.

- Develop data load processes and middleware-based integrations (WebMethods / MuleSoft).

Required Skills :

- Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong experience in Lightning (LWC), Apex & Visualforce.

- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Integrations & APIs.

- Experience with Salesforce Order Management (SF OMS).

- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party SaaS / ERP systems.

- Experience with WebMethods & MuleSoft.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud & CRM processes.

- Experience leading teams and working in client-facing environments.

Must Have :

- Salesforce Lightning.

- Apex Development.

- Salesforce OMS.

- Integration expertise.

- WebMethods / MuleSoft experience.

Good to Have :

- Experience working with enterprise-scale integration environments.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.
