Description :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.

- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans.

- Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and integrations.

- Conduct code reviews and enforce Salesforce development best practices.

- Mentor and guide Salesforce developers, ensuring technical excellence.

- Own sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk management.

- Collaborate closely with onsite stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and external systems.

- Ensure data security, platform performance, and system stability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 710 years of Salesforce experience, including 5+ years in a Technical Lead role.

- Strong hands-on experience with:

- Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Apex (Triggers, Batch, Queueable, Schedulable).

- Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, Visualforce.

- SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce data modeling.

- Salesforce configuration expertise:

- Flows, Validation Rules, Process Automation.

- Case Management, Omni-Channel, CTI, Knowledge, Entitlements.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.

- Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, SSO).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Salesforce DX.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Salesforce Certifications:

- Platform Developer II.

- Sales Cloud Consultant.

- Service Cloud Consultant.

- Experience with Experience Cloud.

- Agile / Scrum delivery experience.

- Prior experience in contract or client-facing roles.
