Responsibilities :

- Leading teams of highly qualified functional and technical resources.

- Owning build vs buy solutions recommendations based on offering in App Exchange.

Requirements :

- Experience in building stored procedures and reports.

- Minimum of 8 years leading experience, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Classic experience hands on experience with Lightning experience in designing solution and lead the team, Salesforce Live Chat nice to have.

- 8+years of hands-on Salesforce experience, designing solutions, configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, APIs, Avaya/CTI, Informatica, and integration to enterprise systems.

- Expert Level expertise in Salesforce Implementations.

- Including Std. Salesforce and Custom Salesforce developments.

- Expert Level expertise in LWC and Apex Development.

- Expert Level expertise in Integrations.

- Expert in designing Salesforce Solutions.

- Ready to work in different time zones.
