Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive end-to-end design, development, and integration efforts on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and middleware, along with the ability to lead technical discussions, mentor team members, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Salesforce Development & Technical Leadership :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of solutions using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce configuration.

- Apply object-oriented programming concepts to build scalable, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce applications.

- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, guidance, and support to the development team.

Architecture & Design :

- Design and implement solutions using MVC-based architecture, ensuring user experience and performance optimization.

- Develop integration patterns and scalable solutions using REST/SOAP Web Services, API layers, and data exchange standards.

- Translate business requirements into robust technical designs.

Integration & Middleware :

- Design and develop EAI/B2B integrations using J2EE concepts and Salesforce APIs.

- Build and manage ESB/SOA/BPM middleware layers using tools such as MuleSoft for robust enterprise integrations.

- Ensure seamless communication between Salesforce and external systems via secure integration patterns.

Testing, Performance & Quality :

- Utilize tools such as JMeter and Postman for API testing, load testing, and performance validation.

- Ensure solutions are compliant with Salesforce best practices, coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks.

- Participate in unit testing, integration testing, and troubleshooting.

Agile Delivery & Collaboration :

- Work in a SAFe Agile environment, participating in sprint ceremonies, planning, and collaborative discussions.

- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

- Provide documentation for technical designs, integration flows, and development processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations.

- Experience with MVC design patterns and Salesforce Lightning architecture.

- Proficiency in Web Services, SQL, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Hands-on experience with API testing, load, and performance testing tools (JMeter, Postman).

- Strong experience in EAI/B2B integrations using J2EE concepts.

- Experience developing ESB/SOA/BPM middleware solutions using tools like MuleSoft.

- SAFe Agile trained with hands-on experience delivering in Agile environments.

- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and team collaboration experience
