Job Overview:

Looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC), preferably within the Insurance domain. The candidate will be responsible for technical design, development, application enhancements, integrations and providing technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Strong experience in Financial Services Cloud implementations within the Insurance domain.

- Experience in application support, maintenance, troubleshooting and enhancements.

- Interact directly with customers, understand business challenges and recommend technical solutions.

- Hands-on expertise in Apex, Triggers, Test Classes and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Review and create Salesforce technical designs, entity models and configurations.

- Design and implement technical changes and enhancements.

- Provide technical guidance on integrations, customizations and design validation.

- Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.

- Experience in data mapping, data analysis and data migration using Data Loader, Import Wizard and other tools.

- Work in an Agile development environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance and adherence to technical standards.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements:

- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) - Mandatory.

- Insurance domain experience - Mandatory.

- Strong Apex, Triggers, Test Classes and LWC.

- Sales Cloud / Service Cloud experience.

- Salesforce integration expertise (REST/SOAP APIs).

- Salesforce design, configuration and customization.

- Relevant Salesforce certifications in Financial Services Cloud, Sales/Service Cloud or Platform - Mandatory.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong customer interaction and stakeholder management skills.
