- Develop integrations to connect systems, applications, and data sources, using diverse set of Integration tools, build, and manage APIs and integrations

- Implement best practices for Salesforce development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project timelines

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance for the Salesforce Cloud platform

- Collaborate with scrum team members to ensure thorough understanding of business requirements and processes and represent the development team.

- Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies, and make recommendations for process improvements and optimizations

- Willing to take the ownership of Platform Governance.

What well want you to have:

- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce - proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Integrations and other Salesforce development technologies

- Experience as Tech lead or Salesforce application architect.

- 5+ years of Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud implementation and customization. Experience with Entitlements, CTI, Omni Channel, Knowledge management, Entitlements, Chat Bots.

- At least 3 Experience cloud implementations.

- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Proven track record of successfully leading Salesforce projects from design to implementation, preferably in a lead developer or technical architect role

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Ability to meet or exceed standards of quality, security and operability required in a DevSecOps culture

- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce development, ensuring smooth and reliable deployment processes

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Integration, Application/System Architect.

- Experience working on Agile and driving the development team with best practices.

- Able to work flexible hours as required by business priorities
