Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and implementation of robust Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, a strong background in software development, and proven leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, ensuring best practices are followed, and driving continuous innovation.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Development :

- Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and resilient Salesforce solutions.

- Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, ensuring code quality and adherence to best practices.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications and solutions.

- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other internal or third-party systems using MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs,

or similar integration technologies.

Team Leadership & Mentorship :

- Provide expert technical leadership and guidance to the Salesforce development team.

- Mentor junior developers on coding standards, design principles, and development workflows.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high quality and performance.

- Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control) within the team.

Maintenance & Optimization :

- Ensure the ongoing maintenance, performance tuning, and optimization of all Salesforce applications.

- Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing solutions and integrations.

- Stay current with the latest Salesforce product updates, new features, and best practices, implementing them to enhance system functionality.

Governance & Compliance :

- Ensure all Salesforce configurations and customizations strictly adhere to internal governance, security, and compliance policies.

- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for all solution designs, code, and integrations.

- Uphold data security, integrity, and privacy standards at all times.

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Masters degree is a plus.

Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

- 2+ years of experience in a technical lead or similar leadership role.

- Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products.

- Hands-on experience with integration tools like MuleSoft or with REST/SOAP APIs.

Key Skills :

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, development methodologies, and best practices.

- Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles (CI/CD, version control).

- Ability to lead and mentor technical teams effectively.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications :

- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a significant plus
