We specialize in creating custom solutions and enhancing internal CRM applications to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction. we are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead / SME to guide our Salesforce team and ensure excellence in our projects. The ideal candidate will provide critical code reviews for priority incidents and lead the strategic direction of our in-house OpsBridge DevOps platform. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional solutions to one of our esteemed customers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead or similar leadership role in technology projects.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development

tools.

- Experience with code reviews and incident management in a Salesforce context.

- Familiarity with DevOps practices, preferably with experience in developing or managing in-house DevOps tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technology direction for resolving P1/P2 incidents, dedicating about 75% of the capacity to these tasks for one of our key customers.

- Oversee and guide the development and enhancement of our in-house OpsBridge DevOps platform, ensuring it aligns with the latest Salesforce practices and business requirements.

- Provide expert-level solution reviews and make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Mentor and support junior developers and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that specifications are met and deliverables are on time and within budget.

- Stay abreysed of new Salesforce features and technologies, integrating this knowledge into projects and operational strategies.

- Lead by example in maintaining rigorous standards for code quality, testing, and documentation.
