Job Title : Salesforce Tech Lead Field Service & Flows

Location : Hybrid

Experience : 10+ years

Top Skills Required :

- Salesforce Field Service (FSL)

- Salesforce Flows - Screen flows, record-triggered flows, auto-launched flows, subflows

- Apex (minimum 1 year)

- Strong debugging skills - SOQL/CPU limit errors


Primary Function :


To collaborate with the Salesforce Center of Excellence, IT Architects, and Service teams to develop, configure, and deploy scalable Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service solutions with a focus on flows and automation.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design and implement new Salesforce functionalities for Field Service, Service Contracts, Technical & Customer Support teams.

- Build and enhance Flows (screen flows, auto-launched flows, subflows, etc.)

- Represent service-related projects within the SFDC CoE.

- Partner with Salesforce Architects and developers to deliver service functionality.

- Conduct thorough testing (Unit, Integration, UAT) and manage documentation.

- Lead cross-functional sessions for requirement gathering and solution walkthroughs.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct peer code reviews.

- Troubleshoot performance issues (SOQL limits, CPU timeouts, etc.


- Provide training, support, and change management for business users.


Required Qualifications :


- 10+ years overall IT experience

- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce experience

- 3+ years strong experience in developing Salesforce Flows

- At least 1 end-to-end Field Service implementation

- Minimum 1 year of Apex development experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related


Preferred Skills :


- Deep knowledge of Salesforce Field Service (FSL) architecture

- Demonstrated experience in screen flow UI building

- Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional collaboration
