- FSL Expertise : Implement and customize solutions specifically within Field Service Lightning (FSL), optimizing mobile and field service operations.

- API Integrations : Lead the design and development of robust Salesforce API Integrations (REST/SOAP) to connect Salesforce with various internal and external systems.

- Data Querying : Utilize SOQL effectively for efficient data manipulation and retrieval.

- Team Leadership & Mentorship : Guide and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, fostering a collaborative environment, conducting code reviews, and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.

- Development Lifecycle Management : Oversee the entire Salesforce Development Lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to testing, deployment, and post-launch support.

- Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring the stability and performance of Salesforce applications.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, architecture diagrams, and development guidelines.

Key Requirements :

- 7+ years of overall IT experience.

- 3+ years of dedicated experience in the Salesforce Development Lifecycle.

- 3+ years of proven Team Leadership Experience within a Salesforce development context.
