Executive Mission : The Enterprise Strategist

As a Technical Lead, you are the custodian of the client's digital transformation. You are responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce platform isn't just a CRM but a high-performance engine that integrates seamlessly with a complex global ecosystem of ERPs, Data Lakes, and Legacy systems. You provide the technical vision that allows the business to scale without being hampered by technical debt or unoptimized code.

Advanced Architectural Responsibilities :

- Multi-Org & Multi-Cloud Strategy : Design and manage architectures involving multiple Salesforce Orgs and Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience). You will determine the "Source of Truth" for data and manage cross-org data synchronization.

- Enterprise Integration Architecture : Architect robust "Point-to-Point" and "Middleware-led" (MuleSoft/Boomi) integrations. You will lead the design for high-volume data transfers, ensuring that the platform can handle millions of API calls without hitting concurrent request limits.

- Security & Identity Frameworks : Own the end-to-end security posture. This includes implementing Shield (Event Monitoring, Field Audit Trail), defining complex sharing models, and configuring Identity Management (OIDC, SAML, SSO).

- Scalable Solutioning : You will evaluate "Buy vs. Build." This involves conducting deep-dive feasibility studies on AppExchange products versus custom-built LWC/Apex solutions to maximize ROI.

Operational & DevOps Governance :

- CI/CD Pipeline Design : You will architect the release management strategy. From Branching strategies in Git to automated testing and deployment using tools like Copado, Flosum, or Azure DevOps.

- Code Quality & Performance Guardrails : Establish the "Definition of Ready" and "Definition of Done." You will implement static code analysis (Apex PMD/Checkmarx) and conduct rigorous architectural reviews for every major sprint.

- Disaster Recovery & Data Integrity : Design strategies for data backup and sandbox seeding to ensure that development environments always reflect production-grade data complexity.

Leadership & Consulting :

- Stakeholder Management : You will be the technical face of the project, presenting complex roadmaps to CXO-level stakeholders and simplifying technical risks into business impact.

- Mentorship & Growth : You will manage a pod of 5-10 developers. Your success is measured by the technical growth of your team and the stability of the code they produce.
