Role Summary :
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore/ Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce service cloud, experience cloud, US retirement solution, US insurance domain, configurations & custom development, particularly with declarative business automations, Apex, integrations (REST and SOAP APIs) and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You will be responsible for design, development and implementation of out-of-the-box and customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions and meet project objectives, client requirements, and company goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
- Architect scalable and secure solutions leveraging Salesforce best practices and frameworks.
- Guide development teams in declarative configurations, Apex coding, LWC, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
- Implement omni-channel, skill-based routing, call center functionality, and Agentforce
capabilities within Service Cloud.
- Oversee code quality using automated review tools such as PMD, Salesforce Code Analyzer, or Veracode.
- Manage version control (GitHub or similar) and oversee release cycles using Agile
methodologies and tools (Jira, Gearset, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and QA
teams, to meet project objectives.
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior developers and admins.
- Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce features, Data Cloud, AI/Agentic frameworks, and
integration patterns.
Skills Required :
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as Salesforce Technical Lead
- Extensive hands-on work experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementation including call center, queue/skill based routings, omni-channel
- Extensive hands-on work experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud and Branding implementations
- Sound theoretical knowledge in Salesforce standard REST APIs
- Extensive hands-on work experience in implementing custom web service implementation using REST API
- Sound hands-on work experience in Salesforce Agentforce implementation, Salesforce Service cloud Einstein (Live project experience is not mandatory but experience at POC
implementation level is must)
- Sound theoretical and practical knowledge about Salesforce coding practices, integration best practices, configuration best practices
- Extensive hands-on work experience in automated code review tools like APEX PMD/
Salesforce Code Analyzer/ Vera Code
- Extensive hands-on work experience in Git source control like GitHub or similar tool
- Sound working knowledge of release management
- Extensive hands-on work experience in using Jira or similar tool
- Extensive hands-on work experience in Agile methodology
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Salesforce Platform Administrator and Salesforce Platform Developer certifications
Qualifications & Experience :
- Any graduate
- 6+ years of experience
