Summary :

As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and configuring software systems across various phases of the product lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that the delivered solutions align with client expectations and project objectives. This role requires strong technical expertise, effective decision-making, and a proactive approach to addressing challenges and improving project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- Lead, guide, and manage the development team to ensure optimal performance.

- Take responsibility for key team decisions and project deliverables.

- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to strategic technical decisions.

- Provide solutions to complex issues for both immediate and cross-functional teams.

- Promote knowledge sharing, mentorship, and skill development within the team.

- Track project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills :

- Must-have : Strong proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices.

- Hands-on experience in system integration and data migration.

- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient software architectures.

- Good understanding of cloud computing concepts and related services.

Additional Information :
