Salesforce Technical Architect - Sales/Service/Experience Cloud

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions for our clients. As a technical expert, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce architecture, while ensuring best practices in integration, data management, and development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices, governance models, and performance thresholds

- Actively write Apex classes, LWC components, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers when needed to support project delivery

- Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Lead architecture and technical design sessions, prepare solution architecture documents, and explain complex solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

- Guide and mentor developers and configuration specialists on Salesforce development best practices.

- Define integration patterns and data flows between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other tools.

- Oversee code quality, governance, and technical documentation throughout the SDLC.

- Perform code reviews and enforce Salesforce platform limits, security best practices, and compliance standards.

- Stay current on Salesforce releases, platform capabilities, and AppExchange products.

- Maintain an active Salesforce certification path and help mentor internal teams toward Salesforce Architect-level credentials

- Support live orgs with incident triaging, O&M planning, and rollout of post-deployment enhancements

Requirements :

- Proven experience with Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Hands-on experience with integrations (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, REST/SOAP APIs).

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data modelling, sharing and visibility rules, governor limits, and performance optimization.

- Experience with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and DevOps for Salesforce.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Desirable :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II

- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator

- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus
