Key Responsibilities :


- Independently own and lead pre-sales activities, including the creation of Proof of Concepts (POCs), delivery of compelling demonstrations, and persuasive presentations to prospective clients.

- Proactively identify customer needs, understand their pain points, and develop solutions that are directly influenced by a thorough analysis of their business goals and objectives.

- Partner closely with customers and internal technical teams to design and develop the most effective and customized Salesforce solutions that meet their unique requirements.

- Lead the adoption and enforcement of best practices around solution architecture, product design, quality assurance, security, integration strategies, and performance optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Provide comprehensive pre-sales support to the sales team during RFI/RFP stages, including drafting detailed responses and developing innovative solutions that maximize client Return on Investment (ROI).

- Collaborate with the delivery team to develop detailed solution design schedules and resource plans for implementation, conduct rigorous code reviews, and ensure architectural adherence.

- Actively train and mentor Salesforce resources, including Developers, Technical Leads, and pre-sales personnel, fostering their growth and expertise on the platform.

- Participate actively in the end-to-end delivery operations cycle to validate and meticulously document the implementation of the solution, ensuring it aligns perfectly with the original architecture and design intent.

- Manage the Salesforce enterprise delivery process and establish robust governance frameworks to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all Salesforce initiatives.

- Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including the development and management of Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes, Triggers, and integrations.

- Oversee Salesforce.com administration activities and guide development teams to ensure optimal platform utilization and adherence to architectural standards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with a strong track record of designing and delivering complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Deep expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant clouds.

- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce development technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce integration patterns and technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, Middleware).

- Proficiency in Salesforce administration, including configuration, security models, data management, and deployment processes.

- Expertise in Salesforce Governor Limits and best practices for performance optimization and scalability.

- Solid understanding of data modeling, database design, and data migration strategies within Salesforce.

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and deployment tools (Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset).

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Relevant Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect) are highly desirable.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
