Salesforce Technical Architect

Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the technical architecture of Salesforce implementations across multiple clouds.

- Lead solution design for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.

- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Establish Salesforce best practices for coding standards, performance, security, and scalability.

- Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and technical teams.

- Design and manage integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware tools.

- Oversee data migration, data modeling, and large data volume strategies.

- Define security architecture (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, encryption).

- Implement automation using Apex, LWC, Flows, and platform features.

- Set up and govern DevOps / CI-CD pipelines using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

- Participate in UAT, go-live, and post-production support.

- Conduct technical reviews and ensure adherence to architecture standards.

- Provide technical leadership in complex Salesforce programs and transformations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with deep expertise in Salesforce platform.

Strong hands-on experience with :

1. Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce

2. Salesforce Flows & Automation

3. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

Extensive experience in :

1. Integration (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools)

2. Data migration and large data volumes

Security & access control :

- Experience with Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices.

- Strong knowledge of DevOps / CI-CD processes.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience leading large enterprise Salesforce implementations.
