Salesforce Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of Salesforce solutions across multiple projects.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Prepare detailed Solution Design Documents (SDD), Technical Design Documents (TDD), and Integration Design Documents (IDD).

- Ensure the implementation aligns with best practices and Salesforce development guidelines.

- Guide the release management process, ensuring smooth deployments and version control across environments.

- Provide technical leadership during implementation, stabilization, and enhancement phases.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain high standards for performance, scalability, and reusability.

- Support integration efforts by defining and validating API contracts and related system interactions.

- Act as the technical point of contact for key stakeholders and facilitate strong business engagement.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) :

- Proven expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and platform integrations.

- Strong documentation capabilities, especially in solution, technical, and integration design.

- In-depth understanding of Salesforce release management, governance, and lifecycle management.

- Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills.

- Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor development teams.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Salesforce industries (Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, etc.)

- Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce
