Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with deep expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL) and Salesforce Flows to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, efficient, and user-centric solutions within Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service.

Youll work closely with the Salesforce Center of Excellence, IT architects, and service teams to deliver process automation and performance-optimized solutions.

Primary Function :


- To collaborate with Salesforce CoE, solution architects, and service operations teams in developing and delivering robust Field Service and Service Cloud functionality, focusing on Flows, automation, and system optimization.


Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the design and implementation of new Salesforce features for Field Service, Service Contracts, and Support Operations.


- Build, enhance, and maintain complex Salesforce Flows (screen, auto-launched, record-triggered, and subflows).


- Act as the technical representative for service-related Salesforce projects within the Salesforce CoE.


- Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure scalable, high-performing solutions.


- Conduct unit, integration, and UAT testing, ensuring quality and reliability.


- Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and technical deep-dives with cross-functional teams.


- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure best practices are followed.


- Proactively troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, including SOQL limits and CPU timeout issues.


- Support user training, documentation, and change management processes.


Required Qualifications :


- 10+ years of total IT experience


- 5+ years hands-on Salesforce platform experience


- 3+ years strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Flow development


- At least 1 end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Field Service (FSL)


- Minimum 1 year of hands-on Apex coding experience


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field


Preferred Skills :


- In-depth understanding of Salesforce Field Service architecture and capabilities


- Demonstrated experience in screen flow UI/UX design


- Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills


- Experience in managing and mentoring Salesforce teams
