Salesforce Solution Architect - Sales & Service Cloud

Description :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design, strategy, and implementation of end-to-end Salesforce solutions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in Salesforce platform capabilities, integration patterns, solution design, and enterprise architecture.

This role will partner with stakeholders, development teams, and business units to ensure scalable, high-quality, and secure solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Solution Architecture & Design :

- Lead the design of complex, scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom apps.

- Translate business requirements into high-level and detailed architectural blueprints.

- Define data models, security models, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and system architecture.

- Create architecture documents: ERDs, sequence diagrams, integration designs, and API specs.

Technical Leadership :

- Oversee technical implementation, ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.

- Guide development teams (Apex, LWC, Integrations) and ensure high-quality code and configurations.

- Conduct code reviews, solution reviews, and performance optimization.

- Serve as a platform SME for Salesforce capabilities, roadmap, limitations, and design patterns.

Integration & Data Management :

- Architect integration patterns using APIs, middleware (Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.), and event-driven frameworks.

- Ensure data governance, master data management (MDM), and data quality strategies.

- Oversee data migration planning, mapping, validation, and execution.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration :

- Engage with business leaders to understand business goals and define scalable solutions.

- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical deep dives.

- Provide solution recommendations, impact analysis, and architectural guidance.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, developers, QA, and vendors.

Governance & Best Practices :

- Define and enforce architectural standards, design guidelines, and technical governance.

- Lead Salesforce release planning, sandbox strategy, and DevOps processes.

- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and industry standards.

Required Qualifications :

- 9++ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce.

- Experience in an architect-level role (Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Developer).

- Expert knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including:

- Apex, LWC, Flows

- Integration patterns

- Data model design

- Security and sharing architecture

- Experience with multi-cloud implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.

- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and integration technologies.

- Experience leading solution design for large-scale or multi-org implementations
