We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Salesforce Solution Architect to define, govern, and lead the architecture for our enterprise-scale, multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.

This leadership role requires extensive experience (15+ years overall, with 10+ years specifically on the Salesforce Platform).

The successful candidate will own the entire technical roadmap, specializing in robust CI/CD governance and translating complex business needs into scalable, secure architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities & Architectural Governance :

Architecture Strategy & Design Leadership :

- Scalable Design : Translate complex business and technical requirements into robust, scalable architectural designs.

- Solutions must leverage best practices across declarative and programmatic capabilities, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Multi-Cloud Integration : Define the architecture for multi-cloud solutions, ensuring seamless, secure integration between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

- LDV Patterns : Expertly apply Large Data Volume (LDV) patterns and strategies to ensure system performance and scalability under high load conditions.

DevOps, CI/CD, and Release Management :

- Release Ownership : Own the entire branching/environment strategy and governance model for continuous integration and delivery.

- CI/CD Expertise (Mandatory) : Drive the implementation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, with mandatory hands-on experience and governance oversight of tools like Copado.

- Code Quality & Review : Establish and enforce standards for code quality, security, and data model governance through rigorous architectural and code reviews.

Security, Performance & Platform Limits :

- Governor Limits : Serve as the final authority on solution viability, ensuring all designs operate reliably within Salesforce Governor Limits.

- Security & Compliance : Enforce enterprise-level security protocols, ensuring all architectural components adhere to best practices concerning profiles, permission sets, and data visibility.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Experience : 15+ years of IT experience with 10+ years focusing on the Salesforce Platform.

- Core Technology : Deep expertise in Apex, LWC, complex integrations, and data modeling.

- Certifications (Mandatory) : Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is required.

- DevOps : Expert knowledge of Git for version control and mandatory experience with Copado.

- Platform Governance : Proven expertise managing security, governor limits, and LDV patterns.

Preferred / Nice to Have :

- Integration Platform : Experience with integration platforms, particularly MuleSoft integrations.

- Leadership : Proven ability in high-level, effective executive stakeholder communication and expectation management
