Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to define and drive end-to-end Salesforce architecture for multiple parallel initiatives or a large, complex enterprise implementation.

The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards and Salesforce best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect, design, and govern end-to-end Salesforce solutions across multi-cloud and enterprise-scale implementations.

- Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution designs, and system blueprints.

- Define integration patterns, data models, security models, and deployment strategies.

- Lead architecture reviews, design discussions, and technical decision-making.

- Design and validate solutions using POCs and prototypes where required.

- Drive Salesforce data architecture and data modeling, ensuring scalability and data integrity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Business, Product, QA, Integration, DevOps) for solution delivery.

- Establish and enforce architecture governance, coding standards, and best practices.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, performance issues, and system limitations.

- Support estimation, scoping, and sizing from an architectural perspective.

- Ensure solution quality, performance, security, and maintainability.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8 to 10 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Enterprise Architecture roles.

- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Architecture experience.

- Salesforce Architecture Track Certifications Mandatory.

Strong expertise in Salesforce platform technologies :

- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce data model, complex data modeling, and data governance.

Experience architecting solutions on :

- Experience Cloud.

- Health Cloud.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale, enterprise Salesforce implementations.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, sharing rules, and access controls.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven architectures.

- Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines (Git, automated deployments, release management).

Good To Have :

- Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales, Service, Experience, Health).

- Exposure to middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.

- TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
