Description :

- End-to-End Architecture Ownership : Lead the architectural design across the Salesforce ecosystem, especially Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, and Billing.

- Client Engagement : Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to understand business processes (e.g., Quote-to-Cash) and translate them into scalable solutions.

- System Implementation : Oversee configuration and customization of Salesforce modules, ensuring alignment with client needs and best practices.

- Project Leadership : Manage delivery timelines, risks, and quality for large-scale implementations.

- Technical Mentorship : Guide junior consultants and developers, ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards.

- Stakeholder Collaboration : Conduct solution walkthroughs, demos, and training for client teams.

- Process Optimization : Recommend improvements for recurring/subscription-based business models and revenue recognition.

- Pre-sales Support : Contribute to proposals, technical statements of work, and solution planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Salesforce Revenue Cloud Expertise : Hands-on experience with Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, and Billing.

- Technical Proficiency : Strong command of Apex, Visualforce, APIs, integration patterns, and agile methodologies.

- Business Acumen : Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and subscription-based revenue models.

- Leadership & Communication : Ability to lead technical discussions and engage both C-level and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Global Clients : Prior experience working with North American or enterprise-level clients is a plus.

- Agile Project Delivery : Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

- Integration Experience : Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (ERP, payment gateways, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Data Migration Expertise : Experience in handling large-scale data migration projects within Salesforce environments.

- Strong Presentation Skills : Ability to lead client demos, workshops, and training sessions confidently.

- Team Leadership : Experience mentoring junior developers or leading small technical teams.
