US Shift 1 : 2 : 00 PM 11 : 00 PM IST

US Shift 2 : 7 : 00 PM 3 : 00 AM IST

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce ServiceMax Developer with strong development expertise on the Salesforce platform and hands-on experience with ServiceMax and Field Service Lightning (FSL).


The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Apex development, triggers, and have working knowledge of LWC. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-performing field service solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, and ServiceMax modules.

- Configure and customize ServiceMax and Field Service Lightning (FSL) components to meet business requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations with third-party systems using APIs.

- Build and enhance Salesforce components including LWC (Lightning Web Components) and Visualforce (if required).

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Perform unit testing, bug fixing, performance tuning, and deployment using standard Salesforce DevOps tools.

- Support system upgrades, data migrations, and post-deployment troubleshooting.

- Ensure code quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Mandatory Skills :

- ServiceMax (Core modules and mobile configurations)

- Salesforce Apex Development

- Field Service Lightning (FSL)

- Service Cloud

- Triggers, Classes, Batch Jobs

Good to Have :

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Salesforce Certifications (Admin / Platform Developer I / Service Cloud Consultant)

- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket

- Experience with ServiceMax mobile and offline capabilities

Soft Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams

- Flexible to work in US Shifts
