Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Technical Developer with 6 - 9 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Service Cloud customization, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce automation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Service Cloud applications.

- Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce components as required.

- Configure and customize Service Cloud features such as Cases, Queues, Assignment Rules, Escalation Rules, Email-to-Case, and Omni-Channel.

- Build automation using Salesforce Flows and other declarative tools.

- Develop and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations with external systems.

- Work with SOQL, SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.

- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and resolve defects.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver solutions.

Required Skills :

- 6 - 9 years of Salesforce development experience.

- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.

- Expertise in Apex, Triggers, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.

- Experience with Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Omni-Channel, and Email-to-Case.

- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.

- Knowledge of Salesforce security, governor limits, debugging, and performance optimization.

- Experience with Git, Salesforce deployment tools, and CI/CD practices.

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certification.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, Copado, Gearset, or similar deployment tools.

- Knowledge of Experience Cloud or other Salesforce clouds.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
