Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, including Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Base, and related modules.
- Develop scalable and reusable components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and Visualforce.
- Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs with external systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring optimal performance and stability.
- Configure and manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the full software development lifecycle.
- Maintain documentation for solutions, processes, and integrations.
Required Skills :
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud features (Case Mgmt, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Articles).
- Proficiency in Apex Classes, Apex Triggers, LWC, Visualforce, and Flows.
- Solid experience integrating Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).
- Experience with deployment tools (Change Sets, Copado, Gearset, or similar) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
