About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel Routing, and Case Management. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience in Apex, LWC, and SOQL, with a passion for building scalable and intelligent automation workflows that enhance customer service and compliance efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to work on next-generation Salesforce solutions integrating AI, real-time data, and automation frameworks within a dynamic and innovation-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud, leveraging Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.


- Implement and optimize Omni-Channel Routing, Case Management, and workflow automation to streamline customer service processes.


- Integrate Salesforce with Data Cloud, Snowflake, and other real-time data platforms to enable intelligent decision-making and automation.


- Leverage or learn Agentforce, Einstein AI, and AI-driven automation tools to enhance service performance and customer engagement.


- Develop and maintain secure API integrations with external systems and data sources.


- Collaborate with business analysts and architects to define technical solutions that meet business needs and compliance standards.


- Architect reusable, modular components and automation frameworks for future scalability.


- Ensure best practices in code quality, data security, and governance across Salesforce environments.


Required Skills & Experience :


- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, and SOQL.


- Deep expertise in Service Cloud, Omni-Channel Routing, and Case Management.


- Experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud, Snowflake, or other real-time data platforms.


- Strong understanding of AI automation tools, Agentforce, and Einstein AI (or strong willingness to learn).


- Proven experience with API integrations, external data sources, and secure data processing.


- Ability to architect scalable, reusable automation workflows supporting customer service and compliance operations.


Preferred / Bonus Skills :


- Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Insurance) domain.


- Background in fraud detection, compliance, or risk management solutions.


- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Data Cloud Consultant.


Education : Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
