Salesforce Service Cloud/CRM Analytics Developer
Role Summary :
- Owns and delivers complex cloud based solutions using technologies such as VisualForce, Apex, Lightning components, Lightning Flow, scripting languages, Node JS, Heroku, Triggers, Java Script, CSS, Github, CRM Analytics.
- Experience in Service Cloud, Contact Center Transformation, Omni channel
- Contributes to architecture and design of complex solution components (e.g., integration, security, custom development)
- Participate in discovery and scoping sessions with business partners
- Understands client business process and potential constraints to define optimal and reasonable project scope and expectations
- Identifies and confirms technical design risks, and develop mitigation approaches
- Coordinates with Technical Architects, integration, and data consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements
- Provides sound technical recommendations on third-party applications, new tools and technologies
- Participate in QA checkpoints during delivery to provide guidance and ensure solution aligns with original scope
- Create reports, dashboards based on business requirements
Role Responsibilities :
- Work within and across Agile teams to design, develop, test, implement, and support technical solutions across a fullstack of development tools and technologies
- Work with business partners, architects, and other groups to identify technical and functional needs of systems
- Responsible for coding, testing, implementation and documentation of solutions
- Participate in full technology project life cycle (analysis, design and/or package review, development, testing, quality assurance, deployment, and production support).
- Responsible for conducting application code reviews and suggesting necessary changes as needed.
- Participate in the design and documentation of complex technology solutions.
- Document and/or support application deployment activities.
- Ensure the timely resolution of issues.
- Follow Company standards and guidelines.
- Escalate anticipated risk to management promptly and properly.
- Partner with Technical Lead on technical design options; consult with hardware and software technicians on options and strategies.
- Develop recipes, datasets, custom reports, dashboards, and analytics insights to provide actionable insights for business users.
- Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce CRM and other systems for data synchronization and analytics purposes.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends related to CRM analytics and data visualization.
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to define analytics strategy, roadmap, and priorities aligned with organizational goals
