Role Overview :

As a Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing engineering teams in Bangalore to design, build, and scale critical components of the Salesforce ecosystem. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex software solutions, balancing technical excellence with strategic product goals. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the platform remains robust, secure, and performant. Key Responsibilities :

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and developing large-scale distributed systems using Java and deep knowledge of OOPS principles to build modular, maintainable code.

- Proven ability to lead and scale engineering teams, with 10 - 14 years of experience in software development and people management within a fast-paced product environment.

- Strong proficiency in Javascript and modern frontend frameworks, enabling the delivery of seamless and responsive user experiences across the Salesforce platform.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, negotiate technical trade-offs, and build consensus across diverse teams.

- A track record of fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, with a focus on coaching engineers and driving career development.

- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment in Bangalore, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to manage remote and on-site team dynamics effectively.
