We have short-term (24 months) contract roles with possible extension based on performance (within 10 days).

Hybrid Model : Bangalore & Gurgaon

Must-have skills (role-specific) :

- Salesforce Security Administrator, Permissions, Connected Apps, key rotation, least privilege

How you will contribute :

- Drive security improvements based on a defined security hardening roadmap

- Establish a process to rotate keys based on predefined period

- Perform and coordinate key rotation activities with impacted integrated systems

- Deep understanding of Connected Apps and its replacement, External Client Apps

- Perform impact analysis to various security features Salesforce has to offer

- Recommend when to use IP restrictions in Profile vs Connected App

- Troubleshoot and resolve security problems raised by users

- Review and simply our permission set, permission set group and profile setup

- Implement least privilege principle across all integrated applications

- Review and upgrade managed packages

- Attend daily stand-up meetings and team meetings

- Switch integration users into integration licenses

The ideal skills for this role are :

- Good understanding of Salesforce administration, particularly on permissions

- Experience in various security features in Salesforce including profile, permission sets, permission set groups, OWD, role hierarchy, sharing rules and APEX sharing.

- Salesforce Administrator credential, preferred if the candidate has sharing and visibility certification.

- Experience and deep understanding of Connected Apps

- Experience in key rotation and deep understanding of Least Privilege

- Experience in auditing security permissions in scale

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)

- Work management tooling, such as Jira, is preferable but not required

- Energetic approach to work and a desire to learn.
