We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Revenue Lifecycle Management (RLM) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Developer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and enhancement of Salesforce RLM solutions including :

- CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote)

- Billing

- Revenue Cloud / Revenue Recognition

- CLM solutions on Salesforce platform

- You will collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to build scalable, automated, and compliant revenue processes. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) lifecycles and will be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments with multiple integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and deploy solutions in Salesforce CPQ, Billing, RLM, and CLM

- Implement and customize end-to-end Quote-to-Cash processes

- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, SOQL queries, LWC components, and Flows

Implement CLM features including :

- Contract creation and authoring

- Clause library setup

- Contract workflows and approvals

- Configure pricing rules, discounting, approval rules, product bundles in CPQ

Build integrations between Salesforce and :

- ERP systems

- Payment gateways

- External billing systems

- Data warehouses

- Implement and support B2C Commerce Cloud integrations with Salesforce

Design scalable solutions supporting :

- Revenue recognition

- Subscription management

- Renewals and amendments

- Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical architecture discussions

Work closely with :

- Business stakeholders

- Functional consultants

- QA teams

- DevOps teams

- Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, and deployment guides

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support

- Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, security policies, and governance guidelines

- Support DevOps processes including CI/CD and version control

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development

- Minimum 6+ years experience implementing Salesforce CPQ

- Hands-on experience with CLM solutions on Salesforce (e.g., Conga, DocuSign CLM, Salesforce CLM)

At least 2 years of hands-on experience in :

- Salesforce CPQ

- Billing

- Revenue Cloud / Revenue Recognition

- Strong experience implementing B2C Commerce Cloud solutions

- Advanced technical expertise in :

- Apex

- SOQL/SOSL

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Salesforce Flows

- Proven experience architecting and supporting :

- Quote-to-Cash (Q2C)

- Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes

- Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools such as :

- Copado

- Gearset

- AutoRABIT

- Bitbucket / Git

Strong understanding of :

- Data migration

- Custom metadata

- Security & sharing model

- Governor limits

- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills in a global, cross-functional environment

Education :

Bachelors or Masters degree in :
