- 5+ years of QA experience in Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud.

- Salesforce Admin certification preferred but not mandatory.

- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with developers and business analysts.

- Understanding Salesforce solution design and user stories to ensure alignment with business needs.

- Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira.

- Ability to manage deliverables within the team and alongside third-party partners.

- Independently handling test design, execution, and defect resolution.

- Expertise in maintaining a Regression Test Suite to uphold functionality across key capabilities.

- Experience with QA automation (using Leapwork, Playwright), including maintaining and enhancing automation suites.

Responsibilities :

- Test Strategy & Execution: Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test cases, test scripts, and test plans based on Salesforce solution design documentation and detailed user stories. Take independent ownership of the end-to-end test design, execution, and defect resolution lifecycle. Meticulously analyze requirements to ensure QA activities align perfectly with business needs and overall system architecture.

Platform Expertise: Provide expert-level QA for core Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Service Cloud, understanding the specific configurations, integrations, and business processes within each.

- Automation & Regression: Maintain and enhance a robust Regression Test Suite to ensure functional stability and uphold quality across all key platform capabilities and releases. Apply hands-on experience with QA automation tools (such as Leapwork and Playwright) to maintain, enhance, and expand the existing automation suites.

- Collaboration & Delivery Management: Utilize strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, throughout the entire software development lifecycle. Work efficiently in an Agile environment, leveraging tools like Jira for tracking user stories, defects, and tasks. Effectively manage QA deliverables within the immediate team while also coordinating efforts alongside third-party partners and vendors.
