- Conduct both manual and automation testing to validate the functionality and performance of Salesforce solutions.

- Write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases to effectively cover all aspects of the application.

- Apply your knowledge of testing integrations and end-to-end system processes to identify and address potential issues.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactively identifying and resolving defects and issues.

- Think outside the box to develop innovative testing strategies and approaches.

- Work collaboratively within an Agile/Scrum development process, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance roles, with a focus on automation testing.

- Proven expertise as a QA expert within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- Experience in both manual and automation testing methodologies.
