- We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing within the Salesforce ecosystem.

- The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience validating Salesforce features, integrations, customizations, and workflows across multiple clouds, while ensuring adherence to industry-standard QA practices.

- This role involves test planning, test execution, automation framework development, and close collaboration with functional and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities :

Quality Assurance & Testing :

- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom modules.

- Perform functional, regression, UI, integration, and system testing for Salesforce enhancements, customizations, flows, Apex components, and third-party integrations.

- Conduct manual testing for complex business flows and ensure defect-free deployment across sandbox and production environments.

- Implement automation testing using tools such as Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Provar, or equivalent frameworks.

- Validate Apex classes, triggers, and flows using appropriate testing strategies, including Apex test classes and automation test coverage.

Test Automation & Framework Development :

- Design, build, and maintain scalable automation frameworks tailored for Salesforce environments.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

- Identify automation opportunities and optimize test execution to accelerate release cycles.

Defect Tracking & Release Management :

- Log, track, and prioritize defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps.

- Participate in sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives as part of an Agile Scrum team.

- Collaborate with developers, admins, and business analysts to validate fixes and ensure robust release readiness.

Technical Skills & Platform Expertise :

- Demonstrate strong functional understanding of Salesforce objects, validation rules, process builder, flows, page layouts, and permission sets.

- Perform API testing for Salesforce REST/SOAP integrations using tools like Postman or ReadyAPI.

- Validate data integrity through SOQL queries and data migration testing via Data Loader or similar tools.

- Ensure platform best practices, compliance, and testing standards are consistently applied.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce QA (manual and automation).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred).

- Proven experience with at least one automation tool: Selenium, TestNG, Provar, or similar.

- Working knowledge of Apex test classes, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively, analyze root causes, and communicate solutions.

- Strong documentation skills and understanding of QA best practices
