Role Overview:

We are seeking a meticulous and technically proficient Salesforce QA Engineer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, performance, and seamless functionality of our complex Salesforce ecosystem. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate intricate requirements into robust test scenarios. Key Responsibilities:

- Design and execute comprehensive manual and automated test suites to validate Salesforce configurations, ensuring that all business processes function as intended.

- Develop and maintain scalable automation scripts using Selenium to accelerate regression testing cycles and improve overall release velocity.

- Validate complex Salesforce integrations and API endpoints to ensure seamless data flow between our CRM and external enterprise systems.

- Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle within Jira, providing clear documentation and actionable insights to development teams to expedite resolution.

- Conduct rigorous testing of Visualforce pages and Apex-based customizations to ensure high performance and adherence to coding best practices.

- Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the SDLC to identify potential risks early and advocate for quality-first development methodologies.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce testing methodologies, including a deep understanding of Salesforce Administration, security models, and object-level configurations.

- Proven ability to build and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, with a focus on creating reusable and maintainable test scripts.

- Strong technical proficiency in testing Salesforce API integrations and debugging Apex code to identify root causes of functional discrepancies.

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
